The Satisfaction or Money-Back Guarantee is a special guarantee that our company adds to products purchased on our website.

In fact, if for any reason the products from the Aloeplus line do not meet your expectations, return the package even if empty and, without any questions, we will refund your money.

Details:

To use the Satisfaction or Money-Back Guarantee, the customer must send HDR Srl a communication to that effect within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication can be sent by email to info@aloepluscaniegatti.it, or by mail addressed to HDR Srl via Papa Giovanni XXIII, 11 – 81014 Capriati a Volturno (CE). Once we receive the withdrawal communication, HDR Srl will promptly provide the customer with instructions on how to return the goods, which must be received by HDR Srl within 14 days of authorization.
The Satisfaction or Money-Back Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

  • The guarantee is valid only for products ordered for the first time and not on reorders.
    If the return concerns multiple pieces of the same product, only one empty package is allowed; the other products must be intact. The packaging of unused products must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts; in all cases, avoid placing labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging;
  • By law, shipping costs related to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer;
  • Shipping, until the receipt is confirmed in our warehouse, is entirely the responsibility of the customer;
  • In case of damage to the goods during transport, HDR Srl will notify the customer of the event (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow them to promptly file a claim against the chosen courier and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the guarantee request;
  • HDR Srl is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments;
  • Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the packaging and/or original packaging of unused products is damaged, HDR Srl will withhold a percentage, not exceeding 10%, from the refund as a contribution to restoration costs. Subject to any restoration costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging, HDR Srl will refund the customer the amount already paid for the returned products, net of any shipping costs incurred for the order, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the withdrawal request, through a refund procedure to the Credit Card charged or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, the customer must promptly provide the bank details for the refund (ABI Code – CAB – Bank Account of the invoice holder).
